While much attention has been focused on the vast and unprecedented power bestowed upon — and amply wielded by — Elon Musk through his “Department of Government Efficiency,” the unelected South African billionaire, who controls satellite ISP service provider Starlink through his SpaceX, a U.S. government contractor, has more quietly seen the winds shift decidedly to his back in terms of U.S. broadband policy.
