DAVID BLOOM: Streaming is different in Europe, where FAST channels are finally starting to proliferate, and broadcasting remains a staple in most countries. “We may not have a Netflix, we may not have a Disney+, but there are interesting things going [on] despite our linguistic fragmentation,” said Rafi Cohen, the video markets manager for Bath, UK analyst firm 3Vision, and moderator of Friday’s IBC panel, “How Europe is redefining global streaming.”
