Ending 2024 serving nearly 90 million streaming households, nearly all in North America, Roku is largely assumed to be the connected TV platform leader in the U.S. But in its Q1 2025 State of Video report, Samsung — long the world’s biggest smart TV seller — makes a compelling case that it actually has the most widely used TV operating system in this country.
